The 3 new features are streamlined events, glanceable newsletters, and saved links. These features will help you to keep better track of the things that are important to you. Schedule Email Messages
If you want to schedule your Email You can do it in Gmail with a Google Sheet. Microsoft outlook has a built-in option to schedule Emails, But what about Gmail ? Here are some solutions – Boomerang , MixMax and Email scheduler by Amit Agrawal. Email scheduler is an Add-on which works with google spreadsheets and it my favourite among Email Scheduler.

Create Multiple copies of an Email
When you want to send the same email to different companies. for eg. you are sending your CV to different companies then you want to send that email one by one you should not put all the recipients in the mail when you are sending CV. Then what is the option for that? you will copy and paste the content in another draft. It will eat your important time as it is more time-consuming.
To stop this, You can add Mail Merge for Gmail or Duplicate Gmail web app by Amit Agarwal in your browser.
How to get started for Duplicate Gmail web app
- Compose your New Email message in Gmail and save it as a draft.
- Go to labnol.org/duplicate
- Authorize the app to access your Gmail account.
This tool requires your authorization because it read your drafts to copy your emails.It works on both desktop and mobiles.
Default Reply All
Sending emails, again and again, Giving reply again & again is the very worst process.If you are regularly sending many emails, consider making “reply all” default. To do this –
Go to Setting -> General Tab -> Reply Behaviour -> Switch to “Reply All”
Keyboard Shortcuts – Speed up E-mailing
If you don’t have enabled the keyboard shortcuts, Go to Settings -> General tab, -> turn keyboard shortcuts “on.” Once you have these enabled this option, just type one letter or a combination of letters to simplify your Emailing tasks. The shortcuts that you need to know are –
- j – Go to older messages
- k – Go to newer messages
- e – To archive
- shift + # – To trash
- / – To type in the search bar
- a – To reply all
- r – To reply individually
Insert Photos easily
Use Google+ Auto Backup to automatically upload every photo and Video taken from your mobile device to google drive, You can insert those backed-up photos and Videos by clicking the new Insert photo button in your Gmail Compose Mail window. You can also share whole albums in emails.If you use Google+ Auto Backup (automatically uploads every photo taken on your mobile device to Google Drive), you can now insert those backed-up photos using the new Insert Photo button in Gmail. You can also share entire albums.
Read Gmail Offline
Gmail Offline is a Chrome extension that allows you to read, respond to, search, and archive emails without an Internet connection.
Add Gmail Offline extension in your browser, you will find the downloaded app into Chrome App drawer, Open the Gmail offline App. It will ask you to “Allow offline mail”, allow it to let the extension sync and download emails for a little while before you get offline. the good thing about this – It consumes space on your hard drive.
